Terms for using RideDoon rental inquiry assistance.
Rental inquiries
RideDoon provides assisted rental inquiries. Submitting the form is a request for follow-up; it does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability or complete a rental booking. Bookings are coordinated by phone or WhatsApp.
Availability and pricing
Displayed starting prices are indicative. Vehicle model, rental date, duration and pickup location may affect the final price. Confirm availability, the total rental price, security deposit, kilometre allowance, excess-distance charges and fuel policy with the rental partner before agreeing to a booking.
Pickup and documents
Most rental partners request a valid driving licence and government ID. Confirm required documents, rider eligibility, pickup and return times, helmet provision and vehicle condition with the partner before pickup.
Partner rental conditions
The rental partner’s agreed conditions govern the rental, including payments, cancellations, refunds, late returns and vehicle damage. Ask for these conditions before making payment or accepting a vehicle.
